When you book a ride or contact us, we collect your name, phone number, email address (optional), pickup and drop-off locations, travel date and time, and flight number. This information is used solely to confirm and execute your taxi booking.
We use your contact information to confirm your booking, contact you about your ride, provide flight tracking updates, and send booking confirmations. We do not sell, rent, or share your personal information with third parties for marketing purposes.
Booking requests submitted through our website are processed by Formspree (formspree.io). By submitting the form, your data is transmitted securely to our email. Formspree's privacy policy applies to their handling of form submissions.
Our website does not use tracking cookies or analytics tools that collect personal data beyond standard server logs (IP address, browser type, pages visited). We do not use advertising cookies or retargeting pixels.
Booking information is retained for operational purposes for up to 12 months, then deleted. You may request deletion of your data at any time by contacting us.
